Position Summary :

The main purpose of the job is to focus on the effective execution/supervision on wider spectrum of Human Resource functions on Strategic and Operational level under CG Industrial Park.

Job Description

  1. HR Strategies/ HR Policy guideline setup and execution
  2. Responsible for the recruitment of vacant positions in CG Foods Nawalparasi
  3. Induction & Orientation of new joinee at factory site, conducting exit interview and other necessary formalities as per company HR policy
  4. Team work to achieve objectives, building Inter-personal relationship, give respect & taking the same from each units
  5. Support in establishing individual Goal/Objective settings programs
  6. To coordinate appropriate PMS for all levels
  7. Identification of various training and development needs of the employees and assist in preparing training calendar
  8. Coordinate and drive annual training calendar executions
  9. Ensure retention for best talent and enhancing performance drive culture
  10. Cope to conduct the HR audit and take appropriate corrective measures & imply the same
  11. To implement hassle free communication and message between management and employees
  12. Establish appropriate Grievance Handling procedures
  13. Talent pool development and future growth prospects
  14. Workout on Employees Engagement plan and Great Work Place (GWP) initiatives
  15. Incorporation of Reward and Punishment System and implementing the same
  16. Improve and sustain effective Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and HR Records (Emp. personal file) administration
  17. Organogram and Manpower strength records update- Monthly
  18. Ensuring first aid box is available at work place including factory locations
  19. Work on HR Budgeting and Financial planning
  20. Ensure office discipline and work on Emp. Code of Conducts
  21. Practice for Minimizing industrial level accidents & hazard awareness
  22. Enhancing confidentiality of the HR related sensitive data
  23. Digitalization the physical files and documents (HRIS)
  24. Timely update & get updated with/from HO about activities happening in units
  25. Represent to the management and other committees in the organization
  26. Preparation of annual action plan specifying tasks, timelines, procedures, budget allocation and outcomes for HR and Admin
  27. Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
  28. Maintaining of relationship with regulating authority/ Government agencies
  29. Travel to nearby factories and regional offices for HR/IR/ER activities
